On July 18, 2019, the 8th meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS. The following issues were discussed at the meeting: the program of entrance examinations for doctoral studies in the specialty "Molecular Biology", "Biochemistry", "Plant Physiology", Mathematical Biology and Bioinformatics "; certification of undergraduates who have completed the 1st year of the magistracy; the results of the competition for filling vacancies at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies on the basis of Decision No. 1/3 of the Presidium of ANAS dated January 16, 2019 "On the temporary rules of the competition for the positions of researchers in scientific institutes and organizations of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan"; certification of applicants who won the competition, as well as other organizational issues.
