"Elm" newspaper, a weekly press organ of the Presidium of ANAS has published its 16th edition under the slogan."Karabakh is Azerbaijan!"
The front page of the newspaper covers President Ilham Aliyev's meeting with a delegation led by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Chavushoghlu, as well as decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
