On behalf of the staff of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of ANAS, we express our deep gratitude to you on the occasion of the Glorious Victory in the Karabakh conflict, which lasted for almost 30 years. This great victory has been made possible by your purposeful domestic and foreign, economic and military-technical policy, diplomacy and information success. You have written new glorious pages in the history of Azerbaijan in golden letters, regaining the oppressed pride and self-esteem of our people. These pages declared to the world the identity of the Azerbaijani people, the strength and prestige of its state. In general, this historic victory, achieved as a result of the unity of power-people-army, has laid such a foundation for the future of our people that the Azerbaijani state will constantly develop, enrich and be at the forefront of the world.

We, the Azerbaijani intelligentsia, promise to do everything possible for the high goals set for the country's science, for the formation of a positive opinion on the realities of Azerbaijan at the international level, for the welfare of our state and people.

May God protect you, your family and the people of Azerbaijan! We wish you and our glorious Army greater strength than God!
