On November 16 an online seminar was held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies. The researcher of the laboratory of Computational structural biology Rafiga Masmaliyeva spoke on “ Local and global analysis of Macromolecular B marks”. R. Masmaliyeva informed about a new validation method based on statistical analysis of macromolecular B values. . This method checks the reliability of protein structure models and detects errors in structure models. A completely new validation method developed by the Laboratory of Computational Structural Biology with an open license is available at the link below.
