On December 7 the next meeting of the Scientific Council of IMBB was held. At the meeting reports of Bioinformatics laboratory, international laboratories of Molecular Bioengineering and Computational structural biology, and Trade Union were listened. Head of Bioinformatics laboratory, correspondent member of ANAS Ilham Shahmuradov, and a leading researcher of the laboratory Ph.D. Nurmammad Mustafayev gave a report on research work carried out in the current year, the results obtained, staff training, and publication work. Head of Molecular Bioengineering laboratory, correspondent member of ANAS, professor of Akdeniz University, Turkey, Tarlan Mammadov, Head of Computational structural biology laboratory, Head of the Computational Structural Biology Group of Molecular Biology Laboratory, University of Cambridge, UK, Ph.D. Garib Murshudov and researcher of the laboratory Rafiga Masmaliyeva gave information on scientific and organizational activities done in the current year.  Then Chairman of Trade Union, doctor of biological sciences Hasan Babayev reported on their activity in 2020.
