22 fourth-year students of Baku State University (BSU) had a 45-day internship at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies from March 1 to April 15. During the internship, students got acquainted with the working principles of modern equipment and technology in the laboratories of the institute. Students participating in the laboratories of Bioadaptation, Plant Biotechnology, Genome Structure and Expression, Photochemistry of Chloroplasts, Carbon Photosynthetic Assimilation Enzymology had the opportunity to develop their technical and personal skills by applying their knowledge in practice. Students who completed the internship presented a report on their experience at an online seminar on the Zoom platform on April 16. The seminar was attended by the deputy director for scientific affairs A.Mammadov, scientific secretary D.Aliyeva, chief specialist of the Education Department G.Bayramova, as well as representatives of the teaching staff. In the end, the presentations were positively assessed by the group leaders.
