On October 25, the regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies was held. Opening the meeting, Vice-President of ANAS, director of the Institute, Academician Irada Huseynova informed the meeting participants about the field seminar on "issues on the restoration of the infrastructure of the Karabakh Scientific Research Base of the Institute of Genetic Resources of ANAS, organization of seed production of wheat and barley varieties created for the region" dedicated to the Great Victory Day on October 22 in Shikharkh settlement of Tartar region. At the meeting, the senior researcher of the Laboratory of Enzymology of Photosynthetic Carbon Assimilation, doctor of biological sciences Shahniyar Bayramov delivered a report on his participation in the annual conference of the Roxy COST program in Haniya, Greece. Sending senior researcher of the Laboratory of Computational Structural Biology Rafiga Masmaliyeva on academic leave for 2 years to conduct research at the University of Hamburg, Germany within the project "CUl: Advanced imaging of matter", the events plan to be implemented at the Institute in connection with Victory Day and other issues were widely discussed.
