Senior researcher of the laboratory of Enzymology of Photosynthetic Carbon Assimilation Shahniyar Bayramov participated in the first annual conference of the RoxyCOST program on 18.10.2021-20.10.2021. The conference was held in a hybrid format because of the COVID-19 pandemic. At a conference held at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, Crete, Greece, scientists from the participating institutes presented the results of modern physiological, genomics, and metabolomics studies to determine the dynamics of stored after harvest, ripen and ripening tomatoes and apples under hypoxia. Shahniyar Bayramov took an active part in the discussions around the speeches made during the conference, as well as in the working groups. He exchanged views with a number of scientists to plan future research and establish new scientific cooperation.
