A junior researcher of the International Laboratory of Molecular Bioengineering of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies, 2nd year PhD student majoring in Biotechnology Aysu-Shovket Hasanova was on a scientific trip to Turkey on 02.10.2021-25.12.2021. She conducted research on "Creation of a stable Nicotiana benthamiana transgenic plant expressing the Endo H deglycosylation enzyme using induced systems" in the Biotechnology Laboratory of the Agriculture Department of Akdeniz University, under the direction of Tarlan Mammadov, Professor of Akdeniz University, correspondent member of ANAS. During the trip, Hasanova also studied important research methods for the synthesis and purification of recombinant proteins, such as Agro infiltration of Nicotiana Benthamiana, expression analysis with Western Blot, Ni-NTA Affin chromatography, recombinant protein analysis with SDS-PAGE, immunosorbent test analysis.
