Volume VI, no 1 (2022) of Transactions of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies has been published. The journal, launched in 2017, is fully printed in English in order to convey the results of scientific research carried out at the institute to a broader readership. In this elegantly printed issue of the journal, 10 articles containing the results of scientific research in the field of biology and medical sciences conducted in the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies, as well as in various higher education and research institutions of the republic and the world in the framework of joint cooperation were published. It should be noted that the journal was included in the “List of periodical scientific publications recommended to publish the main results of dissertations in the Republic of Azerbaijan” of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Currently, work is being done to include the journal in the Web of Science and Scopus scientific databases.
