On September 23 and 26, events were held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies in accordance with the Civil Defense calendar plan for 2022. Mikayil Pashayev, acting as the head of the Civil Defense Headquarters of the Institute, familiarized the employees with the working principle of fire extinguishing balloons and explained the rules of using balloons for fire extinguishing. Later, employees of the institute acquired practical skills by extinguishing the conventional fire using balloons.
