Leading researcher of the Bioadaptation laboratory of IMBB, Ph.D. associate professor Nargiz Sultanova and leading researcher of the Genome structure and expression laboratory, Ph.D. associate professor Saadet Khudaverdiyeva were on a scientific trip at Ege University, Turkey on January 05-06, 2023. During the trip, the employees got to know the institute’s laboratories and the working principles of the devices and equipment here. At the same time, an online meeting was held with the participation of Prof. Dr. Dincher Ayaz, the dean of the faculty of science, and employees of both institutes, in order to develop future cooperation opportunities, develop bilateral scientific research projects, and exchange experience. Issues such as the preparation of the initial version of the cooperation protocol between IMBB and Ege University and the creation of working groups on suitable scientific research areas were widely discussed at the meeting.
