On May 18, the next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at IMBB. Opening the meeting vice-president of ANAS, general director of the institute academician Irada Huseynova introduced the members of the council to the issues on the agenda. Academician Irada Huseynova congratulated Natig Allahverdiyev, the general manager of the Institute, on the occasion of his 50th anniversary. Then Issues concerning the leading researcher of the Bioadaptation Laboratory of the Institute, PhD Gulnara Balakishiyeva's secondment to the INRAE UMR1332 Department of Biology and Pathology of Fruits of the Bordeaux Center of the French National Research Institute, the acceptance of documents for doctoral studies, and the summer examination session of masters were discussed.
