Bayramova Nargiz, a researcher at the Bioadaptation Laboratory, Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was on a scientific mission in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, on 21.06.2023-24.06.2023. The purpose of the visit was to participate in the 11th Congress of the All-Russian Young Scientist and Student Scientific Society called "Youth of the Modern Era". In connection with the declaration of the city of Nizhny Novgorod as the Youth Capital of the Russian Federation in 2023, the congress was held in this city. Over 1,000 young people from different countries (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, etc.) participated in the four-day congress. The main purpose of the congress was to popularize science, increase enthusiasm for science from an early age, exchange work done to stimulate scientific activities of young researchers and discuss ideas in the direction of preparing new action plans for the future. Bayramova Nargiz, a researcher of IMBB, representing young scientists and researchers of Azerbaijan, actively participated in the discussions about the role of young people in science and their prospects.
