On November 22, a regular meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies. After the general director of the institute, Academician Irada Huseynova, introduced the council members to the issues on the agenda, the final reports of the laboratories Population Genomics and Bioadaptation for 2023 were presented. Speakers Doctor of Sciences in Biology Tofig Allahverdiyev, Doctors of Philosophy in Biology Nurmammad Mustafayev, Samira Rustamova and Samra Mirzayeva spoke on the main results of the research conducted in the laboratories. They talked about the articles published in foreign and local journals, conferences and personnel training of the laboratory employees. At the meeting, the head of the Education Department Samira Rustamova, the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists Nargiz Bayramova and the chairman of the Labor Organization of IMBB Saadat Khudaverdiyeva informed about the work done in the current year. Extensive discussions were held around the reports. The presented reports were considered satisfactory and accepted.
