Today is Youth Day. I congratulate all my peers. The city of Lankaran was declared the "Capital of Youth". This is a great opportunity for youth in the southern region to prove themselves.

Gulnar Abdullayeva, the only Azerbaijani student studying oncology at England's Oxford University, who received the Presidential Award, said these words in a statement to the regional correspondent of AZERTAC in Lankaran.

"I am very proud to receive the Presidential Award for Youth. I wish all young people to be persistent, spend their time effectively, and contribute to our science by representing Azerbaijan," she added.
