On March 15, the next meeting of the Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies. Academician Irada Huseynova, director general of the institute, presented the issues on the agenda to the council members. Head of the Education Department, Ph.D., Assoc. prof. Samira Rustamova informed the council members about the results of the attestation of Ph.D. students. The discussions were held on the extension of the secondment period of Aytaj Murshudzadeh, a PhD student in molecular biotechnology at the University of Montpellier, France, temporary assignment of the position of head of the international laboratory of Proteomics to PhD Aynura Pashayeva, concerning the announcement of the State Awards Commission for architecture, culture and literature regarding the acceptance of works for the State Awards for 2024, presentation of scientific work related to drought resistance, co-authored by academician Irada Huseynova, doctors of biological sciences Atabay Jahangirov, Tofig Allahverdiyev, doctors of philosophy in biology Durna Aliyeva and Samira Rustamova.
