2^nd-year master student, senior laboratory assistant of the international laboratory of Bionanotechnology Leyla Khalilova was on a scientific trip from February 2 to February 21, at the Laboratory of Photosynthetic Oxidation of Water at the Institute of Basic Biological Problems in Pushshino, Russia. The young researcher conducted research and mathematical calculations in the Laboratory of Photosynthetic Oxidation of Water, in accordance with her master's thesis on "Investigation of the effects of copper-metal metallic organic complexes on the activity of thylakoid membrane." During the research, the inhibitory effects of synthetic copper complexes on photosystem 2 activity were investigated.
