| Key scientific achievements | The conducted studies included the cultivation of xylotrophic macromycetes of the genera Laetiporus Murrill and Trametes Quel., distributed in ecologically diverse areas of Azerbaijan, in pure culture and the creation of their collection, screening of the isolated cultures for their growth ability and selection of fast-growing strains; evaluation of fast-growing strains for their ability to synthesize biologically active substances (polysaccharides and enzymes), and optimization of the environment for the strains selected as producers of biologically active substances. |
