| Key scientific achievements | Valuable information has been obtained clarifying the nature of the synthesis hydrolases and oxidases in xylotrophic macromycetes and the processes of extracellular secretion of synthesized enzymes, as well as changes in their enzymatic activity in the process of intensive cultivation of edible fungi. Dozens of new species for mycobiota specific to the nature of Azerbaijan have been identified, the study of fungi as “Red Book” object has been started and the types of fungi that need to be protected have been identified, to organize the production of biologically active substances of fungal origin. The necessary scientific and practical base has been developed. |
