By the decision of the President of the Russian Federation, Suleyman Ifkhan Allahverdiyev, doctor of biological sciences, senior researcher of the Institute of Plant Physiology named after K.A.Timiryazev of the Russian Academy of Sciences was awarded the title of Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation for his great contribution to the development of science and many years of honest work.
