The dissertation of Ayten Aghayeva, a senior researcher at the Molecular Biotechnology Laboratory, on "Study of bacteria isolated from oil-contaminated soils of Azerbaijan for antibiotic activity" was approved by the Supreme Attestation Commission, and Ayten Aghayeva was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Biology.
