On April 15, Academician Isa Habibbeyli, President of ANAS, and Academician Irada Huseynova, Vice-President of ANAS, visited the grave of Academician Zarifa Aliyeva, a lifelong friend of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, an outstanding ophthalmologist scientist, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the Alley of Honor on the occasion of the memorial day of Academician Zarifa Aliyeva.

The leaders of ANAS laid flowers on the graves of the National Leader, prominent statesman Heydar Aliyev and academician Zarifa Aliyeva, and commemorated their dear memories with deep respect.
