In accordance with the 2025 Civil Defense Action Plan, a drill was conducted involving non-militarized civil defense units focused on emergency alert mobilization. Participants were briefed on the operational principles of the emergency warning system, mobilization procedures, and coordination skills. Within the framework of the drill, information was also provided on essential safety measures and first aid. The execution of assigned tasks and the participants' theoretical knowledge were assessed during the exercise.
