According to the “Admission Plan for Doctoral Training in Higher Education Institutions, Scientific Institutions, and Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025” approved by Order No. 275 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 2, 2025, the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of the Ministry of Science and Education announces admission to doctoral studies in the following specialties:

PhD Program (State-funded basis):

• 2415.01 – Molecular Biology – 2 places (full-time study);

• 2406.02 – Biochemistry – 1 place (full-time study);

• 2422.01 – Biotechnology (including Bionanotechnologies) – 2 places (full-time study);

• 2424.01 – Mathematical Biology, Bioinformatics – 1 place (distance education).

  PhD Program (tuition-based):

  • 2415.01 – Molecular Biology – 1 place (full-time study);

  • 2422.01 – Biotechnology (including Bionanotechnologies) – 1 place (full-time study).

  Applications will be submitted electronically via the Centralized Education Information System (CEIS).
  Applicants must register through the portal of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan at portal.edu.az between May 13, 2025 – June 2, 2025, following the provided guidelines.
