Based on Clauses 23 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan issued a decree on awarding individuals who have contributed to the development of Azerbaijani science with the “Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the “Order of Glory”, the 3rd Class “Order of Labor”, the “Progress” Medal, and a personal pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
