As Commander-in-Chief, he demonstrated exceptional strategic vision, determination, and political will. In the post-war period, President Ilham Aliyev has led large-scale reconstruction and development efforts in the liberated territories, laying the foundations for the “Great Return.” Infrastructure, housing, and social facilities are being rebuilt, enabling thousands of citizens to return to their ancestral lands. Today, Azerbaijan stands as a strong, victorious, and influential state, shaped by President Ilham Aliyev’s farsighted leadership, reformist vision, and unwavering commitment to national interests.
