Konul Khudadat Bayram, PhD in Biology, leading researcher at the Soil and Water Microbiology Laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Biology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been awarded the academic title of Associate Professor by the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission.
