A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the Institute of Molecular Biology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan State University. The Memorandum covers cooperation in the development of scientific research, the training of highly qualified specialists, the implementation of innovative projects, the establishment of joint laboratories, the preparation of joint scientific publications, and the organization of conferences, seminars, and training programs.
