An online meeting was held between the first vice-president of ANAS, academician Ibrahim Guliyev with doctoral students who passed the competition for the joint doctoral program for the 2018-2021 and 2019-2022 academic years within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed between ANAS and the University of Montpellier (France), and currently continuing their studies at the University of Mopelier, and their scientific leaders from the Azerbaijani side.

First, the head of the Department of External Relations of the Office of the Presidium of ANAS, PhD in Biology Esmira Alirzayeva acquainted the participants with the program of the event and told about doctoral students and scientific fields in which they are engaged.

Then doctoral students of the Institute of Genetic Resources Sabina Farhadova, Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Fidan Huseynova, Institute of Biophysics Zarif Osmanli and Institute of Physics Said Pashayev spoke about the research they are conducting at the University of Montpellier, the results obtained and the problems they faced.
