Food Safety Agency cooperates with ANAS and the Ministry of Health to read the genetic code of coronavirus infection

On August 4, Elkhan Mikailov, Advisor to the Chairman of the Food Security Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, spoke at an international online conference held in ANAS on the topic: "The coronavirus pandemic: from scientific research to ensuring a healthy future."
He said that the agency has been actively involved in measures to combat coronavirus from the very first days, and spoke about the work done.
Speaking about the significance of the conference, Elkhan Mikailov noted that an important task is to study the characteristics of the disease and identify methods to combat the virus, as well as ways to solve the problem, taking into account genetic characteristics.
