The second meeting of the International Biotechnology Advisory Committee was held on 27^th-28^th of February in Lahore, with the financial support of Economic Cooperation Organization Science Foundation (ECOSF), Forman Christian College and Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO). Senior Researcher of the laboratory of "Plant Biotechnology" of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS, PhD Sadagat Asadova was invited to the meeting.  After the opening ceremony, sessions were held. At the third session, S. Asadova gave a presentation about the structure, activities, scientific results and prospects of the Institute of the Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies. On the second day of the meeting, the moderators of the sessions summarized the information covered at the meeting and held a discussion. At the end of the event, dean of the doctoral department of the University - Foreman College, Dr. Kaisar Abdul Malik proposed to establish scientific cooperation with the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies.
