In July 2019, active member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan, correspondent member of the USSR Academy of Sciences, twice the USSR State Prize Laureate, Honored Scientist, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Vladimir Rodionovich Volobuyev is 110.

Taking into account Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and taking into account the special services in the development of soil science in Azerbaijan,  in order to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the prominent scientist Vladimir Rodionovich Volobuyev, I hereby decree:

1. Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences to prepare and implement an action plan dedicated to the 110th anniversary of academician Vladimir Rudionovich Volobuyev.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this Order.
