On March 1, the next scientific seminar was held at IMBB. Junior researcher of the international laboratory of the Computational structural biology, master student of the Department of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy Guman Garayev gave a seminar on “Reinforcement learning”. The speaker gave information about reinforcement learning methods and described the general machine learning method. The young researcher talked about the stages of solving various problems with price iteration Q, the inclusion of artificial intelligence agents in complex systems, the Markov Decision Process, the Policy Gradient Method, and their application. The speaker also talked about intuitive descriptions of strategic process planning and possible optimizations with reinforcement learning methods. In the end, Guman Garayev answered the questions of the seminar participants.
