On April 21, an online meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies was held. Chairman of the council-academician Irada Huseynova acquainted the council members with the issues on the agenda. She said that in the 2021 academic year, 1 person entered the dissertation on the preparation of the doctor of sciences, 5 people entered the doctoral program on the preparation of doctor of philosophy, and 3 people entered the dissertation on the preparation of doctor of philosophy. The meeting identified the dissertation topics of newly admitted doctoral students and dissertators and appointed their supervisors. Then other issues on the agenda - the announcement of a competition for vacant positions at the institute, information on applicants who submitted documents to the Dissertation Council of the institute, vaccination of employees of the institute in connection with the spread of Covid19 infection in the country and other issues were discussed in detail.
