On November 18, the meeting of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists (CYSS) was held. The members of the council and correspondent member of ANAS Ibrahim Azizov participated in the meeting. The issue on the agenda was to change the composition of the council due to the travel abroad of two employees of the institute. Nargiz Bayramova, the chair of CYSS, said that Aytaj Murshudzadeh, a junior researcher at the Molecular Bioengineering Laboratory, addressed the topic of the 2021-2022 doctoral program "The role of uncoded RNA in the malaria parasite" within the existing cooperation between ANAS and the University of Montpellier in France and passed the interview. A.Murshudzadeh will study doctoral education at the University of Montpellier for two years and one year at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS and will receive two diplomas.

Sabina Omarova, a junior researcher at the Bioadaptation Laboratory, will study at the University of Montpellier, France, within the scope of the State Program for “Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan for the years 2019-2023”, approved by President Ilham Aliyev's order dated November 16, 2018, and numbered 711. Taking into account the above, relevant changes were proposed in the composition of the council and a vote was held. Sabina Omarova was relieved of the post of deputy chairman and Murshudzade Aytaj was relieved of the post of secretary. Ismayilova Gunay, a junior researcher at the Plant Biotechnology Laboratory,  was elected secretary of the CYSS.
