On November 29, the regular meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies was held. The laboratories of Photochemistry of Chloroplasts, Cell Membrane Systems, Bionanotechnology international laboratory, and Council of Veterans gave a report at the meeting. The Head of the laboratory of Photochemistry of Chloroplasts, correspondent member of ANAS, prof. Ibrahim Azizov, Head of the laboratory of Cell Membrane Systems, doctor of biological sciences Saftar Suleymanov, and Head of Bionanotechnology international laboratory, doctor of biological sciences Suleyman Allahverdiyev presented the results of scientific research on "Research, regulation, and modeling of molecular mechanisms of photosynthesis" in 2021. The speakers provided detailed information on the printing work of laboratory staff, participation in conferences, local and foreign business trips, staff training this year. Chairman of the Veterans Council, correspondent member of ANAS Ibrahim Azizov informed the members of the Scientific Council about labor and war veterans working at the institute and spoke about the work done during the year, the role of veterans in the scientific and public life of the institute.
