Today, the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS hosted an event dedicated to International Women's Day, March 8. Opening the event, Vice-President of ANAS, General Director of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies, Academician Irada Huseynova emphasized the important role of women in the activities of the Institute, and spoke about the achievements of women in science and other areas of the social and political life of the country. I. Huseynova noted that the majority of employees of the Institute of Molecular  Biology and Biotechnologies are women. Our scientists have achieved great success in the field of modern biology with their scientific activities and research, actively participate in various events, international scientific conferences and seminars in Azerbaijan and abroad, acquaint the world with Azerbaijani science. The academician congratulated all women on the holiday and wished them success in their personal lives and careers. Correspondent members of ANAS Ibrahim Azizov, Novruz Guliyev, executive director of the institute Alamdar Mammadov and others congratulated the women and wished them all the best.
