Professors of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences Sudaba Davaran and Aziz Iftikhari got acquainted with this organization after the scientific seminar held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS.

Iranian scientists were informed about the history of the institute, its scientific potential, material and technical base, research directions, and important results obtained over the past years.

The guests visited the library of prominent scientist and socio-political figure, academician Jalal Aliyev at the institute. Employees of the institute spoke about the contribution of academician Jalal Aliyev to the development of biological science, his services in studying the theoretical foundations of photosynthetic productivity of agricultural crops, especially wheat, in a comprehensive study of photosynthesis and photosynthesis.

Professors of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences also got acquainted with the laboratories of IMBB, where research in the most modern areas of biological sciences is being conducted.
