Senior researcher of the Bioadaptation Laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy in Biology Samra Mirzayeva's project "Molecular-genetic mechanisms of tomato plant (Solanum lycopersicum L.) resistance against biotic and abiotic stresses" won the research program competition announced by the Islamic Development Bank (ISDF) for 2021-2022 academic year. The young scientist was awarded a scholarship to be able to conduct his research abroad.
