Dear Irada khanym!

On behalf of the staff of the Institute of Plant Physiology of the Russian Academy of Sciences and myself, I congratulate you on the awarding of Suleyman Allahverdiyev with the honorary title of "Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation."

We are convinced that the high title of Suleyman is also a merit of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Our colleague was born and raised in your great, wise, and prosperous country, which played a decisive role in the formation of this outstanding personality, who began his career under the leadership of Academician Jalal Aliyev. The National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan also provided him with invaluable assistance and support on the path of scientific research.

The highly professional work of Suleyman Allahverdiyev is a vivid example of fruitful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia. We thank you for your joint work and hope that bilateral efforts will lead us to many more legitimate scientific victories.

Sincerely,

Director of IPP RAS,
