The IV international scientific-practical conference on "Medicine, health and life sciences", hosted by the Institute of Dendrology, organized by the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the  International Society for Research in Education and Science (ISRES) was held in Baku on July 1-4. The vice-president of ANAS, the head of the Division of Biology and Medical Sciences, the director general of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies, academician Irada Huseynova noted that in recent years, in addition to medical sciences and the healthcare system, other life sciences have developed significantly in our country and important scientific results have been obtained. The scientific directions of the Division of Biological and Medical Sciences meet the global challenges and world trends of the time. This puts demands on scientists to strengthen scientific cooperation. Without such cooperation, it is impossible to adopt a correct, common strategy. The goal of the organizers in holding such a serious scientific event in Baku is to bring together scientists, students, and researchers from different countries to discuss theoretical and practical issues in medicine, healthcare, life sciences, techniques and technologies, education, and social sciences, biology, agriculture, veterinary and other fields.
