The results of the research conducted jointly by the scientists of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies (MBBI), the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and scientists from Czechia, Slovakia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Bangladesh were published in the prestigious "Agronomy" journal (ISSN 2073-4395, IF 3.949). The article co-authored by the leading researcher of the laboratory of Photochemistry of chloroplasts of IMBBI, PhD Ulker Ibrahimova, head of the laboratory of Genome Structure and Expression, PhD Alamdar Mammadov, and the leading researcher of that laboratory, PhD Zarifa Suleymanova is called "Assessing the adaptive mechanisms of two bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes to salinity stress". Nickey Xu, editor-in-chief of the journal sent a congratulatory letter to Ulkar Ibrahimova due to the high number of views and numerous downloads of the article.
