He noted that organizing the protection of the population and ensuring the preparedness of the population in emergency situations is the main task facing civil defense bodies. The executive director of the Institute, the chairman of the Emergency Situations Commission of the facility, associate professor Alamdar Mammadov spoke on the topic "The role of information technologies in risk assessment". A. Mammadov noted that it is necessary to prepare an action plan in advance to protect people's lives during emergencies.
