On June 6, a group of researchers from the John Innes Center of England, under the leadership of Professor Cristobal Uauy, visited the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies, Ministry of Science and Education. The guests got acquainted with the scientific work carried out in the Bioadaptation, Bioinformatics, Photobioenergetics, Cell membrane systems, Genome structure and expression, and Plant biotechnology laboratories of the institute. During the introduction to the laboratories of the institute, the guests were informed about the research work and personnel training conducted here, as well as the graduates who received doctoral studies in the world's leading scientific centers. Later, the vice president of ANAS, the Director General of MBBI academician Irada Huseynova met with the guests and the prospects of future scientific cooperation were discussed.
