The next issue of the journal "Transactions of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies" (vol. VII, No. 1, 2023) was published. This issue of the journal is dedicated to the 95th anniversary of academician Jalal Aliyev, a great scientist and social and political figure. The present issue contains a total of 27 articles containing the important results of multidisciplinary research conducted in the field of biological, agricultural and medical sciences in various scientific research and higher education institutions of the republic, as well as in Turkey and Russia, in addition to IMBB, which there is no doubt that they will be welcomed by the scientific community.

Note that the “Transactions of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies" published in English with international standard serial numbers (print ISSN - 2709-0744, electronic ISSN - 2709-0752) and its website (http://www.timbb.az) adapted to modern requirements. In a short period of time, the journal has been included in international indexing databases such as AGRIS, ASCI-Database, etc. and intensive activities are being continued in order to get into authoritative databases such as Scopus and WoS.
