Aygun Sadigova and Gunay Ismayilova, employees of the Plant Biotechnology laboratory of the IMBB, participated in the "A to Z Scopus" training series on September 19-22. The goal of the training was to take research to a higher level by using services and tools based on Scopus data, to identify the most promising research trends, perform advanced grant/support analysis, and explore the capabilities of SciVal, Elsevier's powerful research analysis tool, to adapt them to research objectives. The training also covered key factors to consider when selecting a journal to ensure research reaches the right audience and ways to identify low-quality journals.
