On October 5, an event dedicated to "Teachers' Day" was held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies. First, the employees of the institute visited the grave of the world-famous scientist, prominent social and political figure, honoured scientist, academician Jalal Aliyev in the Alley of Honor and laid wreaths and flowers in front of his grave in memory of his teachers. Academician Irada Huseynova noted that the current success of the IMBB is the result of the invaluable services of academician Jalal Aliyev, the founder of the institute, who was a serious and demanding teacher. The students of the Jalal Aliyev school try to be worthy of their teachers in this difficult and honourable work by raising a new generation of scientists. The followers of Academician Jalal Aliyev's school are currently successfully continuing their scientific activities both in Azerbaijan and abroad - in prestigious universities in the USA, Great Britain, Russia, Turkey, France and other countries. Corresponding member of ANAS Ibrahim Azizov, doctors of biological sciences Saftar Suleymanov, Shahniyar Bayramov, doctors of philosophy in biology Samira Rustamova, Mahira Mammadova, Saadat Khudaverdiyeva, Ulkar Ibrahimova spoke about teacher’s leading role in society.  Teaching is the most difficult, but also the most honourable and the most beautiful profession in the world. As a result of teachers' work, society is formed, and educated, and knowledgeable, broad-minded people with exemplary morals grow up. The speakers spoke their heartfelt words and congratulated the teachers. The event continued with a tea party.
