A researcher of the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology Gunay Ismayilova and a junior researcher Aygun Sadigova participated in the training on "Applied Basic Bioinformatics Course" organized online on December 9-10. During the training, associate professor of the Yıldız Technical University Dr. Sevgi Maraklı, associate professor of the New Century University, Dr. Emre Yörük, and researcher Özlam Safar gave detailed information about the Bioinformatics Database, statistical programs, statistical analysis of proteins, RNA, SNPs and haploids, GNU/Linux and R studio languages, new generation sequences.
