As we reported, The jubilee conference "Example for generations" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Rahim Rahimov, active member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, doctor of medical sciences, professor, Honored Scientist, recipient of the "Shohrat" Order, organised by the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Nakhchivan State University and the Azerbaijan National Oncology Center was held at Nakhchivan State University. Within the framework of the conference, a "Science Park" was built on the street named after the scientist in the city of Ordubad, where the scientist was born.

Academician Isa Habibbeyli, President of ANAS, members of the Presidium of ANAS, heads of departments of the Presidium and representatives of scientific institutions and organizations of the Academy also participated in the ceremony.

ANAS representatives also visited the house where the scientist lived throughout his life.
